Crocs' Roy in Nightfall is available on Complex.

The Roy borrows the wave motif from the Crocs Ripple and pushes it into sharper, more sculptural territory. The shoe was designed by Steven Smith, a footwear designer with a track record of building forms that don't map neatly onto anything that came before. The Roy fits that pattern: its magnified wave structure isn't just visual—it's engineered to direct airflow, support flexibility, and move with the foot throughout the day.

Underfoot, the Roy runs on Crocs Mellow™ foam, a type of cushioning that doesn’t sacrifice structure or all-day support. Ventilation and ergonomic contours boost breathability throughout the shoe.
