It was a busy weekend in Philadelphia, as The Roots held their annual picnic right on the Delaware River Waterfront. Not only was the stage at the Festival Pier at Penn's Landing stacked with acts that included Action Bronson, A$AP Ferg, and Snoop Lion backed by The Roots, but the grounds were also filled 'heads breaking out their summer wardrobes.
