"I just don't get how this shoe is supposed to be inspired by 'Chef Curry.' At least have them in a curry color–say, turmeric yellow so it could still match the Golden State colors. Looks like something my dad would wear! Who am I kidding... I will probably be wearing those in 10 years. Seems not to fit the character of the best shooter in the NBA and possibly the best shooter in NBA history.

"I think it's crazy that in 2016 a shoe could be inspired by John Stockton, but here we are. I feel like calling these shoes 'Chef' is weird though. They should've called them the 'Standard Issue Culinary Student Uniform Loan Debt 3s.' If these shoes were a restaurant they would be a Boston Market in rural Pennsylvania. I bet Bobby Flay owns five pairs of these. I'm trying to figure out how Coke Zero teamed up with Under Armour to create a pair of shoes."

"I'm pretty out of the loop on the topic, not really up on shoes or sports really. Kind of embarrassing, I just wear street legal slippers for the most part. 'Tater tot casserole' or perhaps 'tater tot casserole for Lacrosse event' comes to mind when looking at that picture though."

"I would love to treat the designers of Steph Curry's sneakers to a night out of curry rice. Curry is spicy, tantalizing, and full of seductive colors; it is a punch of flavor and a gift for the senses. This shoe is anything but. It reminds me more of a cream cheese bagel."
