How is Under Armour getting the latest Steph Curry shoe into the hands of sneakerheads in the Bay Area? By flying drones around to drop them off.
For Saturday's launch of the Under Armour Curry 4 "More Dubs," the brand's @UABasketball Instagram account will guide followers to undisclosed locations where the sneakers will land. Under Armour says it will hide additional prizes on a digital map to allow customers beyond California to participate.
Aside from that, the Curry 4 will also get a proper rollout at Under Armour and select retailers on Dec. 16. The sneaker's colorway is a celebration of the devoted fans of the Golden State Warriors, and uses the team's colors.
