Canadian singer The Weeknd has finally confirmed a release date for his first signature shoe with Puma, writing on social media that the model is releasing on Aug. 24. The silhouette, called the Puma Parallel, has a high cut that blurs the line between a traditional sneaker and boot.
The Weeknd has been wearing these on tour as of late, so images of the sneakers have already circulated online.
While this is the first proper signature for the XO label head, Puma's put him in a number of campaigns for other models since signing him in 2016.
Puma has found great success in these sort of artist collaborations, the most high profile of which in recent years has been its ongoing Fenty line with Rihanna.
