Nike will release a pair of Air Force 1 Lows inspired by the colorful panels of the Rubik’s Cube, according to an internal brand document viewed by Complex. The sneaker will not be officially tied to the toy, and will be billed as the Air Force 1 Low “Stop Playing Around,” per the document.

No photos of this upcoming Air Force 1 Low have leaked yet, and the image shown is a mockup based on the proposed design. The shoe will come in with a leather upper, mesh lining, and asymmetrical colors between the medial and lateral sides.

The Air Force 1 Low inspired by Rubik’s Cubes (style code FN6840-657) will retail for $130 and should arrive around August as part of Nike’s Fall 2023 line. It’s possible the shoe will arrive later in the year given the recently shaky nature of sneaker release dates.

Nike has referenced the famous toy elsewhere—there was a version of the Blazer in 2009 that mimicked its squares and a more recent unreleased Air Jordan 1 showed off by Fat Joe that was designed to look like a Rubik’s Cube.
