The Nike SF AF-1 has had a military bent from the start thanks to the model's borrowing from the Special Field Boot, a Nike style popular with the armed forces. Here, that aspect of the shoe's design is pushed forward more with an almost Undefeated-esque orange and green colorway for SF AF-1 Mid.

The sneaker changes the usual materials around, using an open mesh on much of the upper. This pair notwithstanding, the Nike SF AF-1 Mid has mostly been a leather and ballistic nylon affair.
