Not only will Kyrie Irving get a new budget signature sneaker soon, he'll also see his existing range of silhouettes combined into a hybrid. The shoe, apparently officially billed as the Kyrie S1 Hybrid, is seen in leaked images here with a colorful look.
This latest version of the shoe labels it as "What the Kyrie" on the lateral side. While that name makes sense given Nike's history of "What The" mash-up styles, this writer feels compelled to mention that the brand missed a very low-hanging piece of fruit by not calling this shoe the Kybrid.
Nike has confirmed a Friday, Dec. 1 release date for these Kyries. Retail will be $130.
