Where is Nike's most ostentatious of Air Max 97s? After the original Sept. 7 release date for the glittering Swarovski crystal take on the sneaker came and went without a retail launch from Nike in the U.S., its SNKRS page here is showing a new release date of Sept. 21.
Some pairs of the sneakers have already made their way to the secondary market, and sellers on Ebay are asking for upwards of $700 for them. The Swarovski Air Max 97 retails for $400.
This is the second Swarovski Air Max 97 style from Nike to release this year, the first one having arrived to less fanfare in March.
