Nike Brings an Original Huarache Out of the Archive

The Nike Air Huarache is a shoe short on Swooshes by design: The Tinker Hatfield silhouette's overall lack of branding was a response to what the designer saw as an oversaturation of Nike's famous brand mark.

For this new Quickstrike release of the original white/blue/black colorway, Nike has put the earlier mark on the tongue, a detail that should satisfy Huarache historians.

This Nike Air Huarache doesn't appear to have received a wide release in the U.S. just yet, but already launched in Japan and is now hitting European retailers like Sneakersnstuff.
