The grey suede Kaws x Air Jordan 4 that hit retail this spring isn't the only version of the sneaker that exists. There's also this friends and family pair in black, worn by Jordan Brand VP of Design Dave Creech and spotted by High Snobiety.
The sneaker appears to be the same as the retail one in every aspect except color, although it's possible there are differing details not visible in this shot.
There has long been talk about additional colorways existing. Leaker @_PO2345 mentioned ahead of the sneakers' release that other looks had been sampled, and confirmed upon the reveal of this pair that there are four colorways in total.
As alluded to in the above tweet, the final two pairs of these Jordan 4s have not been seen by the general public yet.
