Like the New York Mets and Philadelphia Phillies, the San Francisco Giants inspire a Nike SB Dunk releasing this summer.
The Giants’ Dunk High is dressed in cream canvas and suede, with orange-outlined Swooshes that mimick the embroidery on the team’s uniforms. Logos on the back of the tongues depict a baseball glove and a paddleboat, the former a nod to the large statue outside of Oracle Park and the latter in reference to fans watching games from McCovey Cove outside of the stadium, where they can retrieve home run balls. Like the other pairs in the pack, the outsole features a section of pink ‘bubblegum’ tread.
Nike Skateboarding hasn’t announced official release details for its MLB-inspired pack, though the expectation is that the drop will take place this summer. Stand by for updates in the weeks ahead.
