Like the Air Monarch, Shox aren't generally seen as "cool" sneakers, but Nike is once again turning toward collaboration in an effort to change the perception.
At this weekend's Ready to Wear runway show in Paris, Comme des Garcons previewed a new Nike Shox collab, the partially deconstructed shoe wrapped in jewelry. "Triple White" and "Triple Black" colorways feature CDG x Nike branding on the tongue and the Shox cushioning system that made waves in the early 2000s.
Release dates for these pairs haven't been announced, but they were shown as part of the Spring/Summer 2019 Collection.
