Tomorrow, Bryce Harper will begin the Washington Nationals' NLDS series against the Chicago Cubs with a heavy heart, as his hometown of Las Vegas is still reeling from the horrific mass shooting that resulted in 59 deaths and left more than 500 people wounded. In a showing of solidarity with his fellow Las Vegans, Harper will take the field in custom Under Armour Harper 2 cleats honoring the victims.
Harper shared the special pair on his social media channels today, adding the caption "Vegas this is for you!" and the hash tag #VegasStrong. He tweeted the following on Monday.
