Mike Colter, who stars as Luke Cage's title hero, is under fire after he seemingly condoned Bishop Charles H. Ellis III gropingAriana Grande's chest during Aretha Franklin's funeral.

"Now THIS is how you shoot your shot! Zero FCKS!!" read Colter's now-deleted tweet, with a series of crying emojis. It wasn't long before tweeters were calling for his head.

Colter later tweeted an apology about the ill-advised tweet and claimed he was being sarcastic.

"Hello all. I apologize about my tweet earlier. In no way do I condone any such behavior. It was intended to point out the absurdity of the act itself. Complete and biting sarcasm. I realized quickly that it was not taken as such. I was at an event all day. Sorry for the delay," read the tweet with a prayer emoji.

Tweeters are on the fence on whether or not they believe him, though.
