Karrueche has went under fire on Saturday morning for an ill-timed comment on lean usage. In a now-deleted tweet caught by the Shade Room, the Claws actress posted that "lean is weak AF" with the hashtags #lame, #corny, and #sorrynotsorry. Of course, it wasn't long before tweeters came into her mentions to say that the tweet was in poor taste after rapper Fredo Santana died after suffering from a seizure on Friday night. Fredo had been open about his lean abuse before his death.
Following the slew of tweets, Karrueche immediately apologized and said that it was "bad timing."
When one user defended her for "telling the truth," Karrueche responded by saying her original tweet was "1000% true" while reiterating it was "bad timing" and clarifying that the tweet wasn't aimed at Fredo.
