Tyga and Madelaine Petsch are reportedly dating after rumors swirled about a potential relationship.
TMZ reports that the rapper and star from Riverdale and The Strangers: Chapter 1 are in a new relationship that’s been going on for about a month.
The duo, who were previously close friends for a while, are reportedly telling people about the relationship and how they’re enjoying each other’s time.
Page Six reported on Feb. 28 that the two sparked dating rumors after they were spotted together twice in the last two weeks, including at a Lakers-Hornets game at Crypto.com Arena last Wednesday.
The outlet noted that the two were seen together again at a Vanity Fair party in West Hollywood on Wednesday.
Tyga’s last official relationship was with Avril Lavigne, which ended in 2023. Earlier this year, rumors surfaced that he was dating influencer Bobbi Althoff. Althoff cleared up the talk on TikTok in a video. "I'm not dating Tyga. I'm not. I was never dating Tyga. I will never be dating Tyga," said Althoff.
Petsch was previously dating Halsey’s manager, Anthony Li.
News of Tyga’s new relationship comes at a difficult time for him since his mother passed away in January. Late last month, the "Taste" rapper revealed his mother had died in a touching tribute that he shared on Instagram.
“I been trying to understand and process why God takes the most meaningful and beautifulest people away from us,” he wrote. “But I know I’ll never get an answer that will fill the emptiness in my heart.”
“Can’t imagine life without you by my side. You were the best and most supportive person in my life; you always made things better when I felt at my lowest and worst,” he continued. “I would trade anything just to be able to be with you again.”
Tyga then expressed his wish to see her again in the future. “I LOVE YOU SO MUCH. and I can’t wait for the day until we’re together again🕊️🕊️🕊️ I’ll see you soon and save me a spot right next to you in paradise💜,” he added.
