Rumors are swirling that Selena Gomez is engaged to Benny Blanco because of new pictures that suggest she has an engagement ring.
In a recent picture that the singer/actor posted, she’s rocking a gold ring on her engagement finger. Since she hasn’t announced that she’s engaged yet, there’s a possibility that it could be another type of ring altogether. But who wears rings on that finger if they're not engaged?
This isn’t the first time that the internet has speculated whether or not Gomez and Blanco were engaged. After dating for over a year, a post from Gomez on Aug. 8 featured a heart over where her engagement finger was — sparking speculation that she’d recently said yes.
Keeping quiet about whether or not she did, she confused believers even more when she was spotted at the premiere of Only Murders in the Building's fourth season in Los Angeles last week without a ring on her finger.
The jury’s out on whether the two are engaged — but Blanco made it clear recently during an interview on The Howard Stern Show that he plans to marry her. When the famous radio show host said that he was “predicting marriage” for the two famous lovebirds, Blanco replied with, “You and me both.”
Back in July while celebrating her birthday, Gomez wrote that Blanco was the “love of my life” over a photo of him kissing her on her forehead that she shared on her Instagram Stories.
Blanco also posted about her for her birthday at the time, writing, “I used to play a teddy bear in ur music video and now I get to b urs in real life… happy bday bb! I love u!”
