N3on Apologizes For Past Racist Videos Following 'Breakfast Club' Drama: 'I'm Genuinely Sorry'

He claimed his past transgressions were because all he "wanted in life was clout."

N3on has apologized for racist remarks he made in some of his old videos, and addressed his appearance on The Breakfast Club in a new clip for fans.

Shortly after The Shade Room posted videos of N3on’s old content which saw him being extremely offensive, the streamer hopped online to issue a direct apology to everyone.

“First and foremost, I just want to take accountability for everything that I’ve said or done in the past, to anyone that I’ve talked shit to, to anyone that I’ve said something insane to, to anyone I’ve made a remark to, I’m genuinely sorry, deep inside," N3on said in the video shared with The Shade Room. "That’s not the person I am, and I want to apologize and take accountability."

N3on then explained his reason for saying the shocking things he did in his old videos, admitting it was because it made him more popular.

"I started doing YouTube when I was 12 or 13 years old, and I never really saw anything, I never saw any growth, and then when I was 17 or 18 years old, I started realizing that shock factor had a lot of value," he said. "When you’d say crazy shit, or when you’d do things that no one else would do, it would bring your views up."

"All I wanted in life was to be big. All I wanted in life was views. All I wanted in life was clout," he continued. "I was on a clout high and I just kept seeing my numbers go up off of saying the most insane, stupid, vulgar shit possible, which I completely and entirely regret."

The moment that made N3on realize he should change his content was, according to him, a hangout session with his family where he realized that he acted differently while streaming.

"Why the fuck do I not act like this on my stream?" he reflected. "Why don’t I talk like this on my stream? Why do I say certain things for views and clicks? It’s so corny and pathetic."

Since then, N3on claims he’s changed his content — and that’s why he went on The Breakfast Club.

"I went on there because I want that chapter of my life gone," he explained. "I knew they would talk about that stuff. I want to accept what I’ve done, talk about it, learn from it, and try to be an example to show kids that yeah, you can make mistakes, you can be an absolute piece of shit human being, but that doesn’t define your whole life."

N3on’s video comes after he appeared on The Breakfast Club earlier this month and was confronted about a comment he made about Kai Cenat’s mother and his stream chat, saying "wild racist" things about the hosts.

"You can tell them to chill, but at the end of the day, it’s still the internet," N3on said when challenged on what his chat was saying. "Just like when I was at home, I could say whatever I want. There’s no stopping what a live chat says."

Charlamagne Tha God responded with: "That's why when you catch one of them shit talking motherfuckers, you got to make an example out of them."

Later, N3on took aim at Charlamagne Tha God when he issued an olive branch during a stream.

"I just wanna say, man, deep inside genuinely... Charlamagne, I wanna make peace with you," he said. "You said what you said, it's okay. As a peace offering, I'm gonna give you a first-class ticket to Turkey, you're gonna fix your hair, you're gonna come back, and we're gonna run it back."

Meanwhile, Jess Hilarious isn’t ready to make peace with N3on. She posted a compilation of some of the racist things he said before and said in an Instagram post about his interview that “his little feelings got hurt."
