Lamar Odom’s skincare routine now includes salmon sperm.
TMZ reports that the 44-year-old former basketball star has a new routine to get his skin looking fresher than ever. Odom goes to Dr. Robert Dorfman in Beverly Hills to get Rejuran salmon sperm DNA in his face via micro-needling.
Now to be clear, this isn’t a new procedure. It costs around $3,200 to get — and TMZ reports that he wanted to get it to hop on a trend and look younger. Odom wouldn’t be the first person in his circle to get it, either. Kim Kardashian revealed in an episode of The Kardashians that she’s had the same procedure before.
A few months ago, it wasn’t Odom’s skin that had him in the limelight — it was how he courted his ex, Khloé Kardashian.
In an episode of The Kardashians, the socialite reflected on how Odom treated her before they got together. "The best thing Lamar did—well, not the best thing, he did a lot of good things—but when I wouldn't give him my number, then he found out that we had the same business manager," she remembered. "And then [he] was hounding Lester for my info. It was a turn on, it's sexy… you want a little aggressiveness."
"I also don't think it's good when we're both comfortable being single, without wanting to date,” she continued. She then commented that the world is “scary” because there are “phones everywhere.”
Khloé then explained why, potentially based on this experience and her past relationship, that she’s hesitant to date again.
"I don't want to fuck up my kids," she revealed. "So much has already transpired that could potentially fuck them up that I don’t want to add to that by bringing somebody new to mix 'cause so far, people have been very disappointing. I'm just not gonna open myself up the same way that I once did, but I don't think there's anything wrong with that. I also think that's what growing up is, you learn to protect yourself."
