A Georgia man who went viral for berating a security guard with racial slurs in Atlanta has now been arrested.

On Wednesday (January 14), 65-year-old Robert Burke was captured on video arguing with a Black security guard after being escorted out of the Norcross Social Security office.

While being removed from the premises, Burke can be heard in a video of the situation telling the security guard to "take a shot" and that he would "beat the shit out of him."

In addition to being proud of his United States citizenship, Burke called the security guard a racial slur repeatedly before yelling to him, "What are you going to do, it's free speech." At one point, Burke called the guard a "fat shithead."

Children were nearby Burke while he went on the rant, with the video showing a woman leading three kids into the office in the midst of the situation.

According to USA Today, Burke was arrested a day later when police responded to a disturbance at a Courtyard Marriott Hotel. Employees from the Social Security office said Burke had previously caused disturbances at the location.
