The DoorDash delivery driver who filmed a customer naked and posted the video, claiming sexual assault, has been arrested and is facing felony charges.

Twenty three-year-old Livie Rose Henderson originally posted a TikTok video on Oct. 12 alleging that she was the victim of sexual assault while delivering food. She claimed that her DoorDash account was deactivated by the company within two days of reporting what happened, and that she reported the situation to the police but felt as if her complaint wasn’t taken seriously.

Henderson alleged that she went to a customer’s address to drop off food and saw the customer asleep on the couch with his pants down. She posted blurred footage of what happened on TikTok.

Henderson’s portrayal of events was ultimately challenged by footage from a Ring camera that revealed the customer hadn’t invited her inside of his home, causing investigators to determine that he wasn’t intentionally exposing himself.

After her story didn’t align with the evidence, Henderson was arrested on Nov. 10 for two class E felonies: unlawful surveillance in the second degree, and dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image in the first degree.

Police believe that Henderson illegally entered the man’s home and recorded him while he was in a vulnerable state. DoorDash confirmed that it had deactivated her account for breaking safety protocols, and that the customer was banned. Police say he won’t be charged, either.

Each of Henderson’s charges has a potential penalty of up to four years in prison.
