Looksmaxxing influencer Clavicular has reached a plea deal in his Florida alligator shooting case.
The 20-year-old influencer, whose real name is Braden Eric Peters, pleaded no contest in the case where he was captured on video shooting at a dead alligator. His plea was part of a deal with prosecutors in which he’ll complete 20 hours of community service with co-defendant Andrew Morales, known as Cuban Tarzan.
The community service will not be able to be streamed, and they’ll also have to take a wildlife safety course from the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
If they violate the terms of their pleas, both Clavicular and Morales could spend up to a year behind bars.
In a statement after the plea, Clavicular’s attorney, Jeffrey Neiman, said that his client has “accepted responsibility for his conduct and reached a resolution that appropriately reflects the circumstances of this incident.”
“Importantly, no individual was injured, and the alligator involved was already deceased prior to the events at issue,” Neiman added. “As part of the resolution, Braden will complete a firearms safety course, and adjudication has been withheld,” the statement reads. “He is committed to moving forward responsibly and ensuring nothing like this occurs again. We appreciate the professionalism of the State and the Court in resolving this matter.”
Residing over Clavicular’s court appearance was a judge who ”mogged” him with looks that the influencer would probably describe as ideal.
In other Clavicular news, he seemingly suffered an overdose during a livestream at a restaurant in Miami. He was subsequently hospitalized.
