Adele has seemingly confirmed her engagement to Rich Paul.
It’s been rumored for a while that the two were tying the knot, but now it seems all but confirmed after a fan jokingly proposed to her during a concert in Munich on Aug. 9.
“I can’t marry you, I’m already getting married,” she said. While talking, the singer waved her hand to show off a ring—even though she didn’t have one on.
It seems like she does actually own a ring—she probably just didn’t wear it while performing because she could have lost it. In July, the 36-year-old was spotted with a diamond ring on her ring finger while in London with Paul.
Adele and Paul have been together for the last three years. Though they’ve yet to officially tie the knot, the singer told fans in May, during her Weekends With Adele residency in Las Vegas, that she’s ready to have a kid with him.
While taking part in a gender reveal for two concert attendees, Adele spilled the beans after revealing that the expectant parents were having a girl.
“Once I’m done with all of my obligations and all of my shows, I want to have a baby,” she said. “And I want to have a girl because I’ve already got a boy.”
“I feel like she might be the person I love the most in the world, and I’ll probably hate the most in the world as well…She’s going to put me in my place all the time, isn’t she?" she added.
Into the idea of having her daughter, Adele continued on, speculating that she’s going to have a controlling lil’ one. “With me as her mother and Rich as her father, my daughter’s going to be a bossy little queen, isn’t she?” she asked the crowd.
