Zack Fox is now part of the Creative Artists Agency (CAA) family.
The Lurker star’s signing with the talent agency was first reported by Variety on Tuesday (March 24), notably coming ahead of his appearance in the Dylan Meyer-directed The Wrong Girls. The film marks Meyer’s feature directorial debut and also stars Kristen Stewart (Meyer’s partner), Seth Rogen, Alia Shawkat, LaKeith Stanfield, and more.
Fox’s positioning as a star is unique, as his personality has proven to be a natural fit for multiple mediums, including film and music. He’s also known for initially entering the larger pop culture conversation through his comedic social media presence, as well as for appearances on Abbott Elementary and in Doechii’s “Denial Is a River” video.
In Lurker, written and directed by Alex Russell and released last year, Fox played a key role in what quickly became a widely praised story exploring the combustible nature of fame and obsession. Following its Sundance Film Festival premiere in January 2025, the Mubi-backed film went on to bag two wins at the Film Independent Spirit Awards, including Best First Feature for Russell.
Fox’s involvement with the critical gem was part of a particularly busy year for the newfound CAA signee. In November, he performed at Camp Flog Gnaw, calling his set “a giant love letter” to foundational electronic music crafted by Black artists. 2025 also saw Fox being named one of the funnest people on the internet by Complex.
