Life Imitates Art: Norman Reedus Bitten by 'Walking Dead' Fan at Zombie Convention

No chill whatsoever.

A female fan at a recent zombie convention apparently got so stoked on seeing The Walking Dead’s confirmed rock starNorman Reedus, a.k.a. Daryl Dixon, that she actually bit him. Reedus generously declined to press charges against the fan because it was "only a nibble," TMZ reports. A spokesperson for the Walker Stalker Con in New Jersey says event security intervened when a fan "opened her mouth and tried to take a chunk out of his chest," promptly booting the fan from the proceedings.

Reedus, who wasn’t hurt and was able to continue a scheduled meet-and-greet event, quickly took to the 'gram to have a little fun with the story in the most Reedus way possible:

As previously reported, Reedus just got another vote of superstar confidence from the AMC powers that be with the acquisition of the tentatively titled Ride With Norman Reedus, a reality series centered on riding (a motorcycle) with Norman Reedus across the United States. Each episode features Reedus cruising around with a guest and exploring a variety of "bike shops, tattoo parlors, bars, and restaurants frequented by chopper enthusiasts." Presumably, no humans were bitten during the filming of that series.
