The dude who got beaten up outside Delilah in West Hollywood back in March is reportedly taking legal action against Drake and Odell Beckham Jr.

Bennett Sipes believes "either Drake's or Odell's security team" participated in the fight, "which would make them responsible" alongside Kourtney Kardashian's ex Younes Bendjima, TMZ reported Friday. Sipes, as previously reported, took several punches from Bendjima outside Delilah.

Sipes, who was employed by Delilah but not on the clock the night of the incident, says he went to the club to pick up his girlfriend, Sommer Ray. At the time, Ray was in the VIP section chatting with Beckham. Later, around 2:30 a.m., Sipes reportedly "said something" in the general direction of Drake and Odell's crews as they exited the club. Younes then punched Sipes, at which point another man—someone Sipes believes is connected with either Drake or Beckham—joined in.

In footage of the incident, Drake and Beckham are seen stopping in their tracks as the first punches start to fly. Sources connected with both say they have no connection with the incident, further alleging that Sipes acted aggressively in the VIP section and "incited" Bendjima at the end of the night.

According to attorney Colin Jones, Sipes is still undergoing physical therapy following the attack, which was the subject of a police report with Los Angeles county officials. However, Sipes has reportedly not cooperated with investigators in the months since filing.

Kourtney Kardashian and Younes Bendjima reportedly split up earlier this month, though that's certainly none of our goddamn business.
