Kim Kardashian says her children have been trying to "sneakily set me up" with potential dates, even going so far as to meticulously make lists of possible candidates.
At least, that’s the assessment Kardashian gave during her return to Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show on Wednesday night. After discussing an upcoming acting-related project and joking that she’s "well-versed in Laura Wasser," i.e. the prominent divorce lawyer, the SKIMS founder was asked whether she’s been "seeing anyone" as of late. While Kardashian confirmed her singledom, she also made clear that her kids are angling for that to change.
"My kids, it’s so funny, because my kids try to set me up," Kardashian, who will soon be seen in another Ryan Murphy production, said around four minutes into the video below. "Like, they’re ready now. And I’m not. But they’re so particular. They make lists. Saint wants me to be with, like, any basketball player or soccer player and I’m like, 'If you only knew.' It’s, no. No, no. And then some of my kids want me to be with streamers. They have lists and they try to sneakily set me up and I’m like, 'Guys, this just isn’t what I want right now.'"
Kardashian, of course, was married to the artist formerly known as Kanye West from 2014 to 2022. The former couple share four children, including their oldest daughter, 11-year-old North West. As fans know, Kim and Ye's divorce has frequently been referenced in the latter's music. Pete Davidson, whom Kim dated shortly after her split from Ye, was also notably (and directly) called out in the 2022 track "Eazy," featuring The Game. A Celebrity Deathmatch-esque video for the track featured a claymation Pete being kidnapped.
These days, Ye's partner is Bianca Censori, who joined the 24-time Grammy winner on the cover of his and Ty Dolla Sign's Vultures 1 album earlier this year.
