Hugh Jackman, just days after receiving a slightly less-than-flattering message from his pal Deadpool, has given dedicated X-Men fans another much-needed update on the progress of Wolverine 3. "We have a script," Jackman tells Collider. "A full script. To tell you, two days ago I got the full finished—well, it's not finished, but we’re getting super close—as you can see by the rate of my facial hair."
In fact, Jackman politely suggests that everyone need look no further than the growth rate of his facial hair to measure exactly how soon we can expect filming to get underway:
Not into closely monitoring the facial hair growth of a successful actor? Fair enough. You have other options, namely muscle-related:
"I don’t have a firm date yet," Jackman added, refusing to get specific. "I want it to be perfect, so the moment I know it’s perfect, bang, we’ll go." According to Collider, Wolverine 3 is currently expected to arrive in March 2017.
