Denise Richards Shows Support for Daughter Amid Charlie Sheen's Criticism of OnlyFans Account (UPDATE)

UPDATED 6/20, 10:45 a.m. ET: Charlie Sheen is now offering his support to daughter Sami, who recently faced criticism from her father after creating an OnlyFans account.

Denise Richards is showing support for her daughter Sami, who recently launched an OnlyFans account that was the subject of reported criticism from her father, Charlie Sheen.

In an open letter shared to Instagram on Friday, Richards first mentioned having seen “lots of negative comments” on social media in recent days.

“I have to say, I wish I had the confidence my 18 yr old daughter has,” Richards said, adding that she “can’t be judgmental” of her daughter’s choices.

“I did Wild Things & Playboy, quite frankly her father shouldn’t be either,” she continued. “And to be able to ignore the negativity at her age? It took me many years & I still sometimes struggle. I’m in awe of her ability to be able to shut out the noise. Because it can destroy you.”

Richards ended the post with a parting message for hypocrites, arguing it “sounds like you might already subscribe to an [OnlyFans] account.” See more below.

Richards also recently expressed support for Sami in an IG comment saying she will “always support you & always have your back.”

As Page Six reported earlier this week, Sheen is alleged to have shared some words of criticism about the OnlyFans account.

“I do not condone this,” he reportedly told the gossip-focused publication, “but since I’m unable to prevent it, I urged her to keep it classy, creative, and not sacrifice her integrity.”
