Blac Chyna's Lawyer Has Reportedly Threatened to Sue Rarri True If He Leaks Nude Photos

On Monday, Blac Chyna was granted a temporary restraining order against Rob Kardashian.

Blac Chyna's attorney has reportedly warned Rarri True, who was named during Rob Kardashian's recent Instagram attack, against posting or otherwise attempting to profit from the release of nude images of Chyna. Lisa Bloom sent Rarri a letter threatening legal action in the event of the images' publication, according to a report from TMZ Tuesday.

"Posting online or distributing photos of Ms. White's intimate body parts is a crime punishable by fines and jail time," Bloom said in the TMZ-obtained letter, which references the state of California's revenge porn law.

Chyna was granted a temporary restraining order against Kardashian Monday, the Los Angeles Timesreported. Bloom told reporters that Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner James E. Blancarte's issued order set forth "strong and enforceable" restrictions on Kardashian for an undisclosed amount of time. "Revenge porn is a form of domestic abuse and it is also a crime in California and 38 other states," Bloom said. "It is wrong."

In her first interview since Kardashian's smear campaign, Chyna told Good Morning America she felt "devastated" and "betrayed" by his behavior. "I'm like, how could somebody, like, post these pictures of me?" Chyna said Monday. "And I'm like 'Wow, okay.' This is a person that I trusted. I confided. I felt comfortable, you know, with even sending these pictures and even talking to him about certain things, you know."

Kardashian, in a statement through his attorney Robert Shapiro, said he "regrets" sharing the images of Chyna and had no intentions of objecting to the restraining order.
