More exciting news about Jessica Lange's new role in the upcoming second season of American Horror Story: Vulture is reporting that the actress will be portraying a nun who, as previously reported, runs an institution for the criminally insane in the 1960s.
"She's playing a nun...she's playing an administrator of a facility. It's different," writer Tim Minear told MTV of the role. "In this instance, she's a bride of Christ." It is in this role that she will, as also previously reported, go head to head with a nymphomaniac character portrayed by Big Love alum Chloë Sevigny.
