Russell Simmons stopped by Hot 97's Ebro in the Morning today to talk about the current racial climate and to fire shots at NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio. After discussing his thoughts on implementing special prosecutors for cases involving police brutality, his attention then turned to Mayor de Blasio who he called a "punk" and a "bitch". Simmons maintains that Mayor de Blasio is allowing himself to be bullied by the police department and is not upholding his promises he made when Simmons endorsed him for Mayor of NYC.
