New York City is one place where your New Year’s Eve can be the most memorable or depressing night of your year, mainly because there are so many options for it to go very right—or very wrong. It’s the night where every single club, event space, hotel, and party group from Riverdale to Brighton Beach makes promises of hosting the most extravagant or elegant late night revelries in town. However if it’s the night before Christmas and it still looks like you’ll be ringing out 2013 from your couch with Dick Clark’s ghost and Miley Cyrus’ tongue on your TV screen, here are 10 legit New Year’s Eve parties that you can still get your tickets to, tonight.

New Year's Eve at the NoMad

If you: only really care about eating
Where: NoMad
Address: 1170 Broadway
The details: 9:30pm-2am; $325
Website: opentable.com/the-nomad

Sure, the price is steep but the ticket grants your belly direct access to cocktails by beverage director Leo Robitscheck, ample food stations and passed canapés from James Beard award-winning Chef Daniel Humm and plenty of champagne. The cocktail party will also feature a live band and a DJ for those aren't worried about cramping up.

The King's Winter Masquerade

If you: Are looking for drama
Where: McKittrick Hotel
Address: 530 West 27th St.
The details: Time varies depending on tickets; $75-150
Website: web.ovationtix.com/trs/pe/9864751

With a strictly enforced black and white dress code and the option to attend a royal supper and interactive theater experience Sleep No More prior to the party, you can rest assured that you picked the most glamorous event in town (or are having flashbacks to that time you worked as an extra on Gossip Girl). Although tickets for the full-scale event are running low (make sure to scan Craigslist and StubHub, though!) there are still plenty for the party itself starting at 1 am.

AMC 34th Street Silver Screen Film Festival

If you: Can barely get off your couch
Where: Silver Screen AMC
Address: 312 West 34th St.
The details: 8pm-3am; Tickets $45-60
Website: balldrop.com/new-years-eve-silver-screens-festival-amc-34-street-nyc

Whether you're coming off of a really bad cold or your Tisch-grad school girlfriend has a big thing for Humphrey Bogart, there's no need to explain to us why you'd like to spend the last day of the year at the movies—with unlimited wine and champagne. There will also be buffet from 9-11:30pm that features a whole lot more than Raisinets and stale popcorn.

Club Allure

If you: Want to go clubbing anywhere other than Meatpacking
Where: Allure

Website: eventbrite.com/e/new-years-eve-party-at-club-allure-queens-tickets-4930311695

Who said spending New Year's Eve in Queens is a cop-out? For under $50 you'll get to enjoy a three-hour open bar, two buffets (dinner from 9-11pm and breakfast at 5am) and, of course, a champagne toast. DJs will be spinning Latin, hip hop, and house all night, so work for those scrambled eggs!

Plus your ticket stub acts as free pass to the after-party at Le Possion Rogue, starting at 2am.
