In The Genes? Hollywood's Less Talented Brothers

Being the middle child or the ugly child is hard. But you know what's even harder? Being the less talented sibling of a wildly successful, famous, and wealthy brother. Welcome to Tony Rock's life! Who? Exactly! Chris Rock's younger brother, perhaps best "known" for the unwatchable and decade late sketch comedy show The Tony Rock Project, could have become a really good interior designer or televangelist and made a name for himself in his own lane but for some reason he just had to be an actor and stand-up comedian. With Tony's 36th birthday coming up tomorrow, we don't want him to feel alone, so Complex put together a showcase of other siblings who live in the shadow of their brothers. (On second thought, he might've enjoyed having the spotlight to himself for once, but it's too late—we already wrote this bitch!) Continue on for clips of Hollywood's less talented brothers...

FRANK STALLONE

Brother of: Sylvester Stallone

Complex says: Frank has an awkward jail scene in Fear that does a good job of showing why he never reached blockbuster status like his brother. Yeah sure, he may have had a hit song on the soundtrack of Rocky, but rocky also describes his filmography.

OMAR GOODING

Brother of: Cuba Gooding, Jr.

Complex says: This trailer of No Warning is priceless because it shows the corny acting skills of Omar and Young Buck. As an Academy Award-winning actor, Cuba has a right to do wack Disney movies, but Omar has got no excuse for this. Super pause.

DON SWAYZE

Brother of: Patrick Swayze

Complex says: Patrick Swayze was a G, whether he starred in Road House, Ghost, or even Dirty Dancing. His brother Don, however, tried his best to act tough in this scene from Payback and it didn't work out so well. Probably the worst acting we've ever seen. And chicks fake it with us all the time!

DANIEL, BILLY, AND STEPHEN BALDWIN

Brothers of: Alec Baldwin

Complex says: All four of the Baldwin Brothers have made a name for themselves in Hollywood, but only Alec isn't a punch line to a joke. The worst of the three has to be reality TV fixture and born-again Christian Stephen. He says his favorite musical style is hip-hop, so let's just be thankful he never pursued a rap career.

CLINT HOWARD

Brother of: Ron Howard

Complex says: Belonging to the bald brotherhood doesn't necessarily mean you fail: Ron Howard gets Oscars handed to him left and right. Clint, however, stays losing, and is the go-to character actor for playing anyone ugly. This episode of his homemade variety show is painfully unfunny and hard to watch.

BRIAN DOYLE-MURRAY

Brother of: Bill Murray

Complex says: We're big fans of Bill's work from Ghostbusters to the more recent Wes Anderson films, but Brian? Well...he's done some decent work, and he even co-wrote Caddyshack, but there's plenty of evidence against him, like this episode of his short-lived sitcom Get a Life. Let's just say people don't get together to watch the complete, and completely hilarious, filmography of Brian Doyle-Murray.

TONY ROCK

Brother of: Chris Rock

Complex says: Chris Rock has classic stand-up shows and movies for days, but one look at this clip of his brother Tony and you know which brother was dropped on the head during birth. Who decided it was a good idea to give Tony a mic? Go paint a house. Oh, and happy birthday!
