Pokémon Go has been at the center of the gaming world since the day it was released. From ruining concerts to saving small businesses, the game is everywhere. Now, a company called GamerReality wants to add a whole new dimension to the Pokémon Go experience. They are building a real-world Poké Ball.

The ball is made to look like the Poké Ball that is found within the game itself. There are two ways to use it. You can either actually throw it at the Pokémon you see on your phone's screen:

Or you can use motion gestures, and act like you're throwing the ball without actually letting it fly.

The ball also serves as a phone charger.

GamerReality is currently raising money on Kickstarter to make their vision of a real-world Poké Ball a reality. They claim to already have a prototype. Unsurprisingly, the company's pitch to raise money does not use the word "Pokémon" or any variant. Pokémon Go is referred to simply as "The #1 App in the WORLD," and the Poké Ball is called a "trainer ball."

The company has not yet struck any deals with Pokémon Go maker Niantic Labs. They claim to have a whole series of other games ready for their new controller if Pokémon Go turns out to be a no-go, but remain very hopeful that their "trainer ball" will be able to be used for its intended purpose.

For more information about the Trainer Ball, visit GamerReality's website or go to Kickstarter.
