On the tail-end of 2011, MGM announced plans to make a live action movie of Where's Waldo?, but it looks as though someone has beat them to the concept.
Alex Goyette and YouTube comedy group Joule Thief have re-imagined the man of many stripes as as a retired assassin ("I stopped standing in large crowds a long time ago") who refuses to blend in anymore. Instead, the hard-to-pin-down hero turns renegade starts using his signature weapons (binoculars and his trusty cane) against the government agency who once employed him.
