Why you should go: The Northern Italian spot features Venitian-inspired Japanese seafood with an emphasis on raw creations, and is seriously stunning.

Why you should go: Flay says his newest restaurant (his first opening in NYC in almost nine years) will be inspired by "the ghost of Bolo." If you didn't experience Flay's flair for Mediterranean-Spanish cuisine at the original spot (which closed in 2007), here's your shot.

Why you should go: Despite the gimmicky name, this swine-centric spot promises to bring reasonably-priced gastropub fare, including beer and bacon flights, which we're not as mad at as we want to be.
