Known for pushing the limits, Carpenter, 26, took to Instagram on Monday, July 14, to share photos of herself in a red backless dress that shows off her entire back.
The front isn’t visible, but it appears to feature a halter neckline with ruching down the center. She wore her signature blond hair in soft waves, pulled into an updo, paired with a red lip and blushed cheeks that matched the vibe of the dress.
The “Espresso” singer seems to be enjoying her best life, wining and dining during a recent trip to Italy. As you swipe through the Instagram carousel, Carpenter can be seen playing on a seesaw with a friend sporting a kitten heel and bloomers. She also includes a photo of her feet up in the air with a cute pair of flip-flops from Old Navy and a thick blue anklet.
Another shot shows a “Manchild” pinball machine—a cheeky shoutout to her recent single, released Thursday, June 5.
The Grammy-winning pop star is set to release her seventh studio album, Man’s Best Friend, on August 29. This album comes after Carpenter had a public breakup with Barry Keoghan.
Carpenter and Keoghan, 32, first were photographed together in a post shared by W Magazine in February of 2024.
The release of Carpenter’s hit song “Please, Please, Please” helped solidify their relationship, with the Saltburn actor making a surprise appearance as the lead in the music video, which dropped in June 2024.
Only a few months later, rumors were circulating that the pair had split, with a source telling People that they had “decided to take a break” after about a year of dating.
