Rupert Grint, aka Ron Weasley, is coming to American TV as a superhero. In Super Clyde, Grint will play a fast food employee who decides to become a superhero when he inherits $100,000. Despite his crippling social anxiety (yet he works in the service industry), he wants to use it for good. Oh sorry, that's $100,000 a month.

Raising Hope showrunner Greg Garcia is behind the series; CBS has ordered two comedy pilots from him this season.

We're glad to see Grint again; Emma Watson went the movie route (My Week With Marilyn, The Perks of Being a Wallflower) and Daniel Radcliffe has been on Broadway.

More important: will he be the first (mainstream) ginger superhero??
