Ray Donovan star Marion "Pooch" Hall has been arrested for DUI and child endangerment following a car accident in Burbank, California on Wednesday evening.

Hall, who has played the character Daryll Donovan on the hit television series since 2013, allegedly was drunk behind the wheel of his Chrysler 300 when he let his two-year-old son steer. According to the Burbank Police Department, they responded to a collision at the 200 block of North Buena Vista Street at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday night. Witnesses told authorities that the vehicle was seen weaving in and out of traffic with the child sitting unrestrained on Hall's lap. One witness said they saw the toddler steering the wheel just before Hall's vehicle smashed into a parked car.

Following the accident, the 41-year-old was reportedly unable to complete a field sobriety test and arrested. As unfortunate as it is to see a child in this type of situation, thankfully no injuries were reported. The two-year old was released to his mother at the scene of the accident.

The actor is currently in Burbank City Jail with bail set at $100,000 and a court appearance scheduled for Friday, Oct. 5.

Season 6 of Ray Donovan is scheduled to premiere on Showtime on Sunday, Oct. 28.
