A video circulating online via TMZ shows LaBeouf standing barefoot in boxer briefs with a cigarette in his mouth and can be heard repeatedly asking nearby guests for a match, urging, "C'mon, bro ... give me a fucking match. You got a match?"
According to TMZ, the unexpected scene unfolded during LaBeouf's time in Italy, where he had traveled for his father's baptism. His trip came after a legal request to leave the United States was initially denied due to ongoing substance abuse treatment requirements. However, a revised request was later approved, allowing him to make the overseas trip.
LaBeouf's legal situation stems from an incident earlier this year in New Orleans, where he was involved in an altercation during Mardi Gras that led to his arrest. He was later hit with an additional battery charge connected to the same incident. The actor is expected to return to the U.S. to address the case in court.
