Chris Paul and Kevin Hart are collaborating at Complex's Family Style Fest, and they've shared a recent convo they had about their plans for the event with fans.
On Saturday, Paul and Hart released a clip of their call in which the future NBA Hall of Famer hit up Kevin to express how excited he is that his Good Eat'n plant-based snacks company is joining forces with the comedian's Gran Coramino tequila brand. He also asked Hart which Good Eat'n flavors would mix well with a Gran Coramino cocktail.
"Yo, Kev what up man I am excited about partnering with Gran Coramino at Family Fest man," said Paul. "I need you to help me pick out which Good Eat'n flavor goes best with the Gran Coramino. Hit me back when you get a chance and hurry up alright? Peace."
Hart replied," Peace, C.P. Wow, which flavor of Good Eat'n would I choose? You know what? I'm going to go with nacho cheese. Why? Because that's my favorite."
Hart continued, "If you're going to do any type of Good Eat'n, do it to the best of your ability, but make sure you do it with that nacho cheese. Gran Coramino and Good Eat'n—what a connection.. what a collab, man. By the way, Family Fest is huge."
The food festival, which is taking place today on Saturday, September 28, will see the powerhouse brands serving a combination of plant-based nachos with either "Spicy Cilantro" or "Margarita" cocktails, made with cristalino and reposado tequila to VIP attendees.
The Family Style Fest, presented by Complex and hosted by Kerwin Frost, is a celebration of cuisine, streetwear, and culture taking place at the Los Angeles State Historic Park.
Guests will get a chance to indulge in all the offerings from a full lineup of top chefs, restaurants, streetwear brands, and entertainment.
