Sophie Rain defended Georgina Rodriguez on Wednesday after critics attacked the model’s decision to post lingerie-style photos from a private jet bound for Milan Fashion Week.

Rodriguez, 32, flew from Saudi Arabia to attend Gucci’s runway unveiling under designer Demna.

Images shared during the flight showed her seated in a black bra, patterned tights, and stilettos. Within hours, the pictures drew thousands of comments across X and Instagram.

“Wow I love this,” one X user wrote. Another added, “So gorgeous.” A third called her “A true goddess. A fashion goddess. My goddess is Georgina Rodriguez.” Others posted, “All a dream,” and, “So beautiful. So elegant. Just looking like a wow.”

Some commenters were not as receptive to the image.

One X post read, “My wife would never post something like this because she respects me.”

Another said, “Imagine being Ronaldo’s wife and posting such photos for online validation and getting hoe’s support after backlash.” A separate comment argued she “doesn’t need sell her self.”

Rain, who reposted the photos of Rodriguez on X, backed the model, saying, “why does her posting how she wants bother people so much? she looks stunning and i am sure her husband approves.”

Rodriguez has faced intense social-media scrutiny over the last few months. Earlier this month she posted photos next to a £440,000 Ferrari, sparking a separate wave of comments.

As the online debate continued, many users echoed Rain’s stance.

One comment read, “Confidence shows when a woman is at peace with what she does she doesn’t need to justify it.”
