Olivia Culpo and Christian McCaffrey have snapped up a luxurious Los Angeles mansion with a serious celebrity pedigree. The couple shelled out $14.5 million for the estate, which was once home to both George Clooney and Stevie Nicks.
The Instagram page FENDLUX reported that the 7,000-square-foot estate is known for its secluded location. It sits on 3.1 acres and boasts six bedrooms, a pool, a tennis court, and guest houses.
The San Francisco 49ers star previously sold his North Carolina properties as he relocated to California. Culpo previously owned a $3.5M estate in Encino.
Clooney, the home’s previous owner, purchased the property from Fleetwood Mac singer and songwriter Stevie Nicks in 1995. At the time, Clooney paid $2.2M for the property, which he called home for 30 years.
Scenes from George’s long-time residence, as seen on CBS’s Person to Person, reveal hardwood floors, coffered ceilings, stone fireplaces, and a grand dining room with an extensive wine collection.
Clooney bought the house during his days starring on ER. He claimed there is a difference between a house and a home. A house is a place to just live in, but "a home is a place where your family and friends are a part of."
Wife Amal Clooney moved into the home after marrying George in 2014. It was their primary residence as their family grew by two with the arrival of twins Ella and Alexander in 2017.
Now, the home will welcome a new family. Culpo and McCaffrey married in Rhode Island on June 29, 2024. The former Miss Universe and the NFL player celebrated their anniversary via social media by posting tributes to one another as they look ahead to the future as new parents.
Culpo wrote, “One year down, with something new. Soon, it’s more than just us two. Best day ever, best year ever. Happy anniversary to the love of my life, so thankful.”
The couple announced they were expecting their first child together in March. Their daughter, Collette Annalise McCaffrey was born on July 13, 2025.
