Today, Pottermore—the all things Harry Potter website—launched a Patronus Test that tells you which animal would be your Patronus. For those unaware, that would be a ghostly animal spirit that appears with the combination of a happy memory and the "Expecto patronum" spell to protect the summoner against evil spirits, notably the soul-sucking Dementors (the animal will have some sort of personal connection as well). Simply, think of it like a "What is your spirit animal?" quiz, but Harry Potter-fied. You may remember Harry's Patronus was a stag, and it seems that Rowling got a heron as her quiz result.
Anyway, it wasn't long before someone made a Harambe joke, which Rowling retweeted to her followers.
But before all the Potter fans (Potheads?) could whip their dicks out for Harambe, Rowling clarified that it wasn't an actual Patronus option. "I've been asked to make it clear that Harambe is not a Patronus you can actually get on @pottermore. The previous RT is a joke. As you were," she tweeted. She followed up that tweet with another one: "I thought it was very funny, btw."
No word yet on whether Pepe or Dat Boi or Grumpy Cat are Patronuses... (Patroni?).
