Okay, I'm sorry, this teaser doesn't really prove anything, but there is a weird rumor going around the Complex office that as Gillian Anderson grows stronger, David Duchovny's star fades further into darkness. (Perhaps there is some truth to this, though?)
Anyway, asX-Files prepares its comeback in 2016 (for a six-part series return), Fox is encouraging fans to do a 201-day marathon of rewatching old episodes. Disappointingly, this teaser is, like, 80% old scenes and then only a TEENY TINY snippet of new footage. It's mostly Mulder's back (probably because his life force has been sucked out) and then Scully swinging through the doors saying some enigmatic shit like, "I've heard the truth Mulder, now what I want are the answers." *Doo doo doo doo doo doo* (That's me singing the X-Files theme song.) Throw your X-Files theories at me.
P.S. Is it just me or does David Duchovny's hand look really weird in that scene?
