Miss Philippines Revenge-Trolls Steve Harvey During Miss Universe Pageant

In 2017, we have more than enough reasons to not want to f*ck with Steve Harvey. But while Tyler, the Creator was warning us about him very early, many didn't get on that wave until Harvey's horrible Miss Universe blunder back in 2015, where he accidentally read the name of Miss Colombia as the winner instead of Miss Philippines. He took responsibility for it back then and went on to explain what really went down this past December.

On Monday night during the Miss Universe 2016 pageant, there was a special callback to this major f*ck-up that was hilarious and looked to highlight just how thin-skinned Harvey is about the whole situation.

As Harvey was about to read the winner of the pageant, now-former Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach of the Philippines walked onto the stage to hand Harvey a pair of glasses.

Harvey took the very public trolling in stride, thanking Pia, even if she was "a year late."

Now, many sites are calling this some kind of "ultimate troll," but when you watch the actual video, it feels more like something they came up with to call attention to the biggest thing to happen in the Miss Universe pageant in years. It was the one moment where you knew the Twitters were ready to clap, and they dropped a subtle, honorable joke at Harvey's expense.
