Almost two weeks after HBO aired the season 9 finale of Curb Your Enthusiasm, the cable network has announced Larry David and company will return for a 10th season.
Details on the upcoming season are slim, aside from the fact that it's set to begin production in the spring.
"We are thrilled that Larry will be back with his uniquely acerbic wit and comedic sensibility," said HBO president of programming Casey Bloys in the press release for Curb's return. "As I’ve said many times," Larry David added, "when one has the opportunity to annoy someone, one should do so."
David let it be known back in October that he wasn't opposed to doing more Curb in the future, vowing that "there won't be a five-year-in-between wait."
While still making Complex's Best TV Shows of 2017 list, the ninth season of Curb was seen as more uneven than previous seasons, even though Larry laced us with everything from Lin-Manuel Miranda being featured at the tail-end, as well as magnificent episodes like season 9 premiere "Foisted!"
Hopefully, Larry's fatwa is over and done with and we can get back into the business of annoying tf out of everyone around him.
