A Wisconsin man was arrested for hurling sex toys at teenage girls because he apparently derived some sick pleasure out of doing it.
According to the Smoking Gun, 28-year-old Milwaukee resident Konrad Peters would station a sex toys near underage girls, then wait in his car like a creep to see their reactions after they discovered them. This reportedly happened on at least three separate occasions:

Police in West Allis, a city outside Milwaukee, opened a criminal investigation last month when two 14-year-old girls reported that a male driver left a giant purple dildo in their path as they walked home one afternoon from a local park. The man was just sitting there staring at them from his car with the driver’s side window rolled down, reported Detective Jessica Wink.
On a second occasion in September, a male driver threw a dildo towards a 15-year-old girl who was walking home from a bus stop. The suspect then waited for the victim’s reaction, noted Wink, who added that the girl copied down part of the man’s license plate number.
Last week, a 13-year-old girl told police that she was walking home from school when a dildo was dropped out of the driver’s side of a vehicle. The girl subsequently spotted the car nearby and she walked past her house, because she was scared and didn’t want him to know where she lived.

Peters was eventually identified thanks to surveillance footage. A subsequent raid of the home where he lives with his mother produced an astonishing 33 dildos and other assorted sex toys. Peters was charged with exposing children to harmful materials.
